How many updates away was WAL?

I’ve got a 2023 lariat ER. The phone ap popped up an Alert that I’m getting bc 1.4 today. The only feature I want is walk away lock. I am not complaining about any software update but, I was hoping to get the WAL before the 1.4. is this a normal order of software updates? Did I miss something?

For anyone following / that cares - software update did the trick.

lol. Yes - of course :) I too thought it was strange since the truck opened with the phone, as I approached it. I then was able to get out, pull up the ap, lock /unlock / control hvac. I restarted the phone and the ap - got back in the truck and it still said no key detected. I went back in...

Thanks guys. I’m at work. Looks like ford rolled out a phone application update last night. I just downloaded it. Will report back when I get out of work.

I did close the ap. Restarted the phone. No dice. I can use my phone to lock and unlock and start hvac. But not start the truck. Luckily it happened at home and I had a key nearby.

Anyone having phone as key issues this morning? My truck keeps saying “no key detected”. Had to dig up my actual key to start.

I like that. I do my tire rotations at home. The floor jack marks up the frame, so I put a hockey puck on it before I start lifting the truck.
