Remember that range is targeted with 1000lbs payload. I saw a few videos on YT already and without any payload it was 400+. They tarnished their reputation before with that MPG issue they had several years back, so they are being really conservative now.

How does Ford usually schedule builds anyway? Do they go by trim, paint color, etc?

In NJ, and possibly other states you can get your power by getting a different service provider vs BGS (Basic Generation Services).

I ordered the Platinum with a 21 F150 Lariat PB HEV as the trade. Costs aspects aside, I picked the truck for certain features. However, I do agree with the rims are not the best, and might possibly switch them out as soon as I able to.

Remember the proverb... ignorance is bliss? If we didn't know about the process, we would not second guess our self on this whole thing. With that said though, IMHO Ford should have more transparent about this whole reservation system.

I didn't know I was on priority until I called to find out where I was in the list. I was told that since I bought a few cars from them, and I regularly go to service there I was added to the priority list. I didn't ask for it, they just did it.

When I called my dealer yesterday, he told me all the fees over the phone (the usual stuff) and said I never needed to come in. He will send me a PDF of the build sheet via email. He even accepted it already.
