My timeline was:
Received email to submit my application on September 20th
Submitted my application on October 1st
Received an email with my application number on October 10th
Approval email recieved on October 28th
I've been on the phone with them twice so far. First I called them (clear cookies and get a case number) and then next they called me (told them the app name and that it was removed). So based on your timeline I am just at the start of my unlock journey.

Unfortunately I didn’t get very far. I get this error when trying to derate below 80A. I tried removing and reconnecting the CSP from Ford Pass but still get the same error.
After I posted my screenshot from the app I was worried that might be the case. :confused:
I have an Emporia Vue so I will try the same test in a few hours when I am up.
I opened the Charge Smart app this morning for the first time since last Thursday and I didn't need to reconnect my Ford Pass account. This was the first time it just worked. I tried again just now and the same thing. Hopefully Charge Smart or EV connect fixed something. ?

I am in the same boat. Got that email on 9/10 and then haven't heard anything. I sent a reply last night to [email protected] just checking in and seeing if I could get an application.

First time I went there I skipped charging because it was so tight + traffic. Next time was around 9pm and I got in the space ok but the cords + bollards made it a pain.
It is unfortunate because that area around the mall is a sea of parking lots with plenty of space.
