I thought relying on DC fast charging was not exactly healthy for the batteries. I thought DC fast charging was only when you need quick charges like on long road trips. ?
My experience is exactly like yours. I tried for 2 weeks but was unsuccessful. Then I tried one day and it connected! I was very happy to finally have success. Then a few days later, the same thing... wifi didn't show charger again. I just said screw it. I may try again this weekend.
I read somewhere that there is a buffer in the software/computer and 100 is really like 90 percent, the same with zero percent is really like 10 percent. So 100 percent change is supposed to still allow for 1 PD brake regen.

You don't have to immediately come and get the truck. Call the dealer and tell them you're out of town and you'll be back after a while. They will put a sold ir reserved sign on it.
