Ford Chat was able to give me my railcar number. I called Norfolk Southern to trace it and they see it in Conway, PA which is about halfway to Delaware. Still seeing the ETA at 9/28-10/4 on the tracker, but I am getting pretty optimistic.

Hopefully that means it is getting on a train to the East coast soon.
