From what the lady told me on the phone is that they would check to see where your order is before shipping the charger. She checked my reservation # and she said I'm eligible. And if the dealer doesn't know about it they may get charged the amount.

I got mine from https://fordcharging.ca/ Also there are 2 options for getting the Charger. 1. Order yourself 2. Dealer order for you after the purchase. I decided to order myself that way I'm in control. You can order it ahead, that way it arrives before the truck.

A guy can hope that Ford started shipping the trucks, not tell dealers or customers until the media embargo goes. Maybe we all get an update. I'm saying this because with a new product launch Fords tend to keep the product at the tain yards at their final destination until they "release them"...

As a dealer you dont have anyone to contact at plant. Even if you did they dont have time to pick every truck for customers to pickup. They will all get shipped the same way.

Mine is still in the "Produced" stage as of April 27th. Same message as you ETA Pending Final Launch Readiness Sign Off Expected Spring 2022 Fingers crossed they ship it. I work at the dealership I check every morning on the dealer end lol.

Mine accepted it today. It shows up with the option to Activate. I've pressed it hoping a carrier will hit yes on the prompt!

I can only pull orders from my own dealership unfortunately. I would not be able to see any other dealer's order.

We were told to convert all of our orders by Ford. There were a few customers that did not respond / did want to cancel their orders. We cancelled the ones that wanted to cancel and the ones that did not respond we left them alone.

I just pulled it up I have the ability to do it. I'm assuming that is what it means! It may be different for me as I am in Canada.
