Yes I did a back up. I have restored everything and I still have the same issue. I have also reset the BCM module. My original setting was 0303-0101-07

I just redid the mod. Now the passenger fog light stays on even if the fog lights are set to off. I have also removed bambi mode and undid this change for Full LED and still have the issue. Any Ideas?.

I have the same Truck as you. I did this mod a few weeks ago. Had no issues like to describe. The only issue I had is DTC Code show up in Headlamp Control Module(did write it down). Not sure if it was related or not. I reverted back to the factory setting. I might give it a try this...
