Just had this happen for the second time, had a module replaced back in January. (the original replacement sent in December was BAD). I am done with Ford
Battery module, your truck has 9 modules in the assembly and one of them is bad. 3-4 weeks wait on the module. My truck just shit the bed again and needs ANOTHER ONE.
Powertrain issues ROUND TWO. No heat in the truck today, went to come home, and here comes the litany of errors popping up including the drivetrain and service vehicle soon. I tried, I had it back 5 weeks and today it shit the bed again

Question: What if the problem I reported to the manufacturer or its authorized dealer continues to persist?
Answer: You may be entitled to a refund of the purchase or lease price or a comparable...
Ford sent a bad module for me the first time, they had to send a replacement. Ford cant get its own battery factory up and working fast enough. They for sure have some QC issues with their supplier.
9 weeks. Picking it up today. Fords batteries are designed differently from Tesla. If one of the modules has bad cells or has issues, you replace the module not the entire assembly.
Its not at all correct Call Ford, and open a case with the BEV team, they will see that your dealer (who from reading your posts, sucks) takes care of your issue.
I am sure they are going to feed you a shovel full of BS. Ask how many Techs they have that are certified to work on EVs and HV battery systems. If the parts are on backorder, they are on backorder. Any dealer should be willing and able to provide you with a loaner.
