Either way making it or not making it , charging from less than 10% battery to 100% at home using anything lass than 60 amps is not going to get back to 100% in under 12 hours.

I truly believe the dealers don’t push the BEV since they make literally $0 in maintenance

How long have you had your transponder? The battery may be going dead. They don’t last forever. Also make sure your trucks license plate is registered on the NY Ezpass website. This way if the transponder does not work they still can charge you with out penalty
If you drive a lot of city driving you will see numbers of close to 400 miles on the guess a meter.
On the highway - no wind - warm temperatures - not going over 70 mph - you should see between 2.0 -2.4 miles per kWh
