Yeah, it stinks. Hopefully this is the only time that it happens. Apparently, module 9 is the most accessible module in the battery. I would rather clear the codes and drive it instead of keeping it on the dealership lot. I will keep you guys posted with an update.

It finally updated!! I took the truck for a 1/2 hour drive and forced the update when I got home.

So far I still have the same issue. It does look like the 12V battery is to blame. I am going to eventually try to charge it. Let me know how you make out. Thanks

Hello! for the last few days my truck (23 Lariat ER) has been trying to install an update. It looks like the update has been downloaded but the truck is having trouble installing it. I keep on getting the attached message which states that the update has been postponed because it was interrupted...

Its a great charger. I have the Autel Elite which is one (tiny) step above that one. Its the same charger but the front looks a tiny bit different. The internals are identical!

Thanks! I am on the same page as you. I am sure it has something to do with the serial number and the internet connections. I was just curious on how the charger actually communicates with JCPL. What model charger do you have?
