You could take modules and build a 32Kwh pack and then run the EverDrive charge while driving.
You would not be easily able to tie the battery direct to the DC bus because of the above mentioned voltage difference.
I don't believe that TSB applies to this. People have had it done and it fixed carplay things but not EV routing. @Ford Motor Company has acknowledged the issue and a fix is coming Soon™
Interesting...either you have hearing problems or something is wrong with your 25 or they don't use the same sound in 25....
It is a loud backup alarm like what you find on job sites. It's different/new to people on a passenger car but common on larger trucks. It is annoying at 3AM but I have...
Hmmm.... I've had several DTCs about it when I go looking (no trouble light) and always find leaves stuck in it. When I have zero codes there are zero leaves. I tend to look after I have a 1.7 on a highway trip instead of 2-2.1
I've looked after good trips and have no codes and no leaves
I could see detuning the pedal mapping as making it easier to drive softer so that would give the appearance of more efficiency but constant speed driving would have no gain.
Maybe a kit could be made to make the bottom of the truck smoother for better areo? Or an improved active shutter that...
Umm. The car alarm has gone off several times with my daughter sitting in just reading her book. Keys are in my pocket and she locks the doors because she is going to be focus on the book... So no just having them lock the doors without the keys and the truck on does not mean everything is...
What you linked might work. The only issue I see with it is that it wants 220vac +/- 5% which only get you to 231vac and the truck is 240vac. So get one with a higher input range.
Harmonics freaking out the truck might be a problem, you could add a choke or make sure what ever vfd you do get...
Yeah my truck does it as well if the road is smooth (rare in Michigan) because on a smooth road I am holding the steering wheel but not applying a torque.
Happens with or without cruise.
Both lane keeping and lane centering are in the screens...
The battery gauge turns yellow on mine when I am below that limit, I think it dings at you(but there are so many dings). There was also a pop up on the IPC once that said something to the effect that the nearest charger is father away than my range left.
There is a button to open the frunk. It's closer to the driver's side. It also closes it.
On the interior of the truck there is a button as well to the left of steering wheel near the light controls.
Do you have a constant load on the power?
Try unlocking the truck then pressing the green button. There is a section in the manual that explains the green button and key fob.
The minimum load is not in the manual.
