Ok, interesting results. Checked and BCM 726-97-02 was set to 0101-0101-00-- I updated to 726-97-02 -0101-0101-01-- and restarted everything (APIM/BCM). After restart I was back to where I started. WAL shows enabled but I was unable to toggle the audible feedback. I disabled and was back...

No luck for me. I went into APIM, set both WAL to disabled. Write > Ignition off/on ... Rebooted APIM, went back to APIM, Set WAL Enabled > Write > Ignition off/on > Rebooted APIM

In my case it's neither. WAL doesn't work, it also won't let me toggle it on.
