From my research on Carvana, I will not consider buying from them. They have proven to be unscrupulous and irresponsible in many ways. Steer clear!

Took my “less than 1 week old” ‘24 Lightning to Akins Ford (Winder, GA) May 14 to address the amber wrench/service vehicle soon issue. Replaced gear shifter and I picked up my truck less than 48 hours after dropping it off. Loaner was free too. It’s May 16…let’s get this Lightning going now...

Grieves me to post this: completed online sale of brand new '24 Lariat ER with 47 "test drive" miles on odometer. She's a beauty in Avalanche! Took possession May 9, 2025 in Maryland. During orientation with salesman in the cab, the gear shifter never laid down flat. Hmmmm; an $81k product...
