From what I've determined, an evaporator core icing over happens when there's insufficient airflow. So either the fan speed is too low, or the air filter is blocked. No source mentions high humidity as a reason.

The one coming to Champaign is an okayish spot. It's right off the highway, but the only restaurant nearby is the attached DQ. EA recently installed chargers at the local Meijer (and adjacent to Teslas in the same lot!), and has several strip mall shopping and restaurant options nearby.

I note your sarcasm, and paraphrase: It's documented that 12v batteries are charged when vehicle is on (sometimes for an hour), because that's the only way some were struggling to get updates. The 12v batteries are on the lot under-charged or frozen. The battery can sulfate to uselessness...

The batteries also seem to be a bit small, IMO and suffer from dealer-undercharge and sulfating easily.

It is illegal to park an ICE vehicle in an EV charging spot in Illinois, for what it's worth.
