  1. A2Z Tesla and Charge Fault

I got the plug and charge update last night and will try it this morning. I thought the dealer had done it, but evidently not. Yay!
  2. A2Z Tesla and Charge Fault

Since posting the start of the the thread my experience is what you detailed so well. When failing with the A2Z it is either user error (and the lock is "fiddly" as I put it - hard to tell if locked but it loosens up fine over time) or the chargers aren't available to us if V2 or other reasons.
  3. First charge at Tesla supercharger with A2Z adapter. Peak 165 kWh charge

I did not. Today I did stop at the Tesla chargers in Boone NC and successfully charged after a failed attempt. My view is some chargers are not open and the lock on the A2Z is a bit fiddly. So the two add up to failures, sometimes my fault and sometimes not. On the way up I charged a Circle K...
  4. First charge at Tesla supercharger with A2Z adapter. Peak 165 kWh charge

I charged at a Tesla site for the first time this week. No plug and play but the Tesla app worked. Then yesterday in the way to the NC mountains I was unable to charge at a Tesla supercharger and had to stop at Circle K in Boone. I will try the Tesla superchargers in Boone on the way home...
  5. Photos from new Tesla Supercharging station w/ new charger placement (for trucks)

It doesn't crowd the charger you are using the way a normal bank of Tesla chargers would (or at least the one's I've seen). The car using the charger next to you would be parked on the other side.
  6. Lack of OTA Updates...Am I the Only One?

I got 6.1.0 last night. Which update gives you the Tesla charging?
  7. Lack of OTA Updates...Am I the Only One?

Ford's update schedule is odd, but I guess there must be a reason for it. I got 4.2.1.2 Feb 29 and then got another update last night. Not the Tesla use update, which is what I really want as I have an A2Z adapter.
  8. Photos from new Tesla Supercharging station w/ new charger placement (for trucks)

not operational but near me, so I went to look. From the photos you can see how they have designed these new stations. Chargers are grouped 2x2 with cars to charge on opposite sides of the pair. There are at least two slots a lightning could pull into to charge without blocking other bays. There...
  9. A2Z Tesla and Charge Fault

    1. No not yet, though when you look under chargers on the Ford Pass app EA and Tesla are listed. 2. Yes, I tried the Tesla App, same result. 3. The A2Z is a bit fiddly to lock but I'm pretty sure I had it locked as if not locked you can pull it off easily. If locked you can't. 4. Yes there is...
  10. A2Z Tesla and Charge Fault

Yes. Could be the adapter or the station. Will try another station I have not and need to do so.
  11. A2Z Tesla and Charge Fault

So I went back and tried the Tesla app and just recapitulated the events of plug and charge.
  12. A2Z Tesla and Charge Fault

Yes, I did plug and charge. I'll go back tomorrow and try the Tesla app. Good thought.
  13. A2Z Tesla and Charge Fault

So I have an A2Z adapter and went to a Tesla charger for the first time to see if it would work. It's a bit fiddly to attach, but eventually I got it plugged into the car and it started charging with the blue lights. In a minute or so, the lights turned to red and on the dash it said there was a...
