I haven’t tried blue cruise yet. My bed camera at speed works, I don’t get hitch view though or side IOD view. Wondering if more updates are necessary or if Forscan changes are needed.

I just checked mine. Nothing else to update except the GSM. Just waiting like the others for the mothership to throw me some more crumbs.

I think maybe we have some more updates coming down the pipeline? One can hope.

Anyone recall exactly where in settings or in forscan that automatic heated/ cooled seats etc is controlled? I did a DSM module update and my heated/ cooled seats arent automatic anymore.

I just got these settings so they are new to me haha. I guess some have already had them! My bad!

On your sync screen, after the updates, there is now new options under driver assistance/ cruise control. I think these new settings are blue cruise related.

I got the BC FP notification, I see it in the Sync settings, but have yet to try it. Not sure which step I am at in the updates but hopefully the newer updates show up in FDRS soon for me!

Glad to help! I know one of the complaints with the 21’ MY F150 was the power running boards being too loud. After having mine dead for 3 days, they sound just so good to me ????

My best guess is that the DSM software update has some bugs, one of which is making the truck "forget" it has certain features. When I unplugged my DSM, it said running board fault. So i knew it was still detecting something, and thats when the asbuilt data change idea hit me shortly after.

@Livnitup has a google document in the forscan thread that details what each module does, what each line controls. There are tabs at the bottom, navigate to DSM. I was reading through DSM and got to that line in it and the thought just hit me to try changing the as built info to do a software...

I GOT TE EDIT: You DO NOT need a different cable, mongoos and nano work great according to other posts on this thread, and forscan (and a license for it i believe, though its significant cheaper). There is an excellent tutorial on how to do it by @Livnitup under the Forscan thread on this forum.

If anyone gets the same issue I did, FDRS telling you a module update ended in an "error state", wiping your computer (or getting a better one) and installing everything fresh did the trick for me.

For those of you who are WAY ahead of me in updates, how many DSM updates were there? I did PMI on my module and retested multiple times, power running boards won’t respond. Wondering if there is another update ahead.
