Noticed this today on our security camera, any idea what would be generating this much Infrared?

https://shop.ford.com/vehicleordertracking I put in the order number and Vin and it keeps returning to the same page. Multiple PC's, multiple browsers. Sometimes (rarely) it works and shows the timeline. Anyone else having the same issue? It's my build week and I can't get my data fix (the shame!).
