Had a Mach-e for 3 plus years and I remember posts saying to carry one as insurance. Never needed one. Will pick one up but since it is in my driveway, I can connect a 120v charger to it for the same effect. I have a Juicebox but the driver did not park it close enough for the cable to reach.

Vehicle just delivered from dealership so haven’t even added vehicle to FordPass app yet. And I don’t believe Flash supports PAAK. One or both keys were in possession inside of vehicle when trying to start.

Ryun, is there any procedure to get the vehicle in neutral so they can get it on the flatbed when the shifter doesn’t work? I think the driver gave my wife a separate key. Assuming that need to be inserted somewhere to manually get it in neutral.
