  1. Sigenergy (PointGuard) Home system with generator input (Pro Power Onboard).

Thanks for the write up on this, I've been looking at the PG system with V2X capability on it. Did you purchase direct from them or go through a reseller? I've been trying to locate an installer here local that's familiar with them, but haven't done any hard looking yet.
  2. Bittersweet traded in the lightning for power boost

And what the heck did it do with the charge port? It looks like it's plugged into the open door :D
  3. Stick to Rotary Shift Knob Conversion w/ 3D Printed Rotary Shifter Holder

Are you sure about that? Shift to park should still work with the rotary shifter, it's even easier since it's doesn't have to move the sift lever, and others have reported that it does indeed still work after the conversion. If you've done the conversion and it's no longer doing the auto shift...
  4. Stick to Rotary Shift Knob Conversion w/ 3D Printed Rotary Shifter Holder

Nice! That's exactly the direction I was wanting to go with it, moving it to the front of the cubby, just haven't found time to sit down with CAD and do it.
  5. tailgate bike pad specifically designed for the Ford F-150 Lightning that features a full-width mesh window to showcase the entire tailgate light bar

I'd be less concerned about showing off the tailgate lightbar and more concerned that if you HAVE the tailgate lightbar, those pads are also covering your backup lights. Really curious why Ford decided to cover the white lights in the taillight with the tailgate on the Lariat and Platinum...
  6. Stick to Rotary Shift Knob Conversion w/ 3D Printed Rotary Shifter Holder

Yeah, I'd say console < rotary in console < (rotary on dash | column shifter) I'd prefer to have the window wiper controls on the stalk on the right of the column, but since they're not there, then having the shifter there is is a good option and probably makes the most sense for space savings...
  7. Redundant soft buttons for physical buttons/user override or configurable

The fact that we have both a physical and soft button for Max Def, but recirc is buried in the menu is soooo dumb. I also would love a quick way to turn on recirc when I'm stuck behind a diesel, or discover that somebody has hit a skunk in the area.
  8. Ford needs to add PD (Power Delivery) protocol to the USB-C ports

Higher power USB ports would be nice, along with PD on the USB-C. Also wish they'd left a 12V socket in the center console so I could add my own charger of whatever flavor I wanted, without having to have an adapter hanging out of my dash. edit: s/powers/ports/
  9. Tesla Update Brings Adaptive High-Beam Headlights To North America

Also see they added in video from the camera for blindspot on the gauge panel when you turn on an indicator. Another feature it would be nice for Ford to adopt.
  10. Convert coin holder to phone mount (Lariat)

I liked the AMPS adapter idea, so I threw together a 3D printable version. https://makerworld.com/en/models/1085802-ford-f150-lightning-amps-adapter-for-coin-slot
  11. Circulate function keeps returning to outside air

Dunno, I can think of plenty. Skunks (had this on the commute last night, somebody hit one and then was stuck in backed up traffic in the evening commute), coal rollers, being stuck behind that diesel truck who's deleted his emissions gear, stuck behind the garbage truck, driving through an area...
  12. Sigenergy (PointGuard) bi-directional system

Is the V2X module not available yet, or did you just decide not to go with it at this point? What do the costs look like for the PointGuard system?
  13. I regularly tow a 10k dump trailer with 4000-10000lbs loads - best tow vehicle I've ever owned.

Thank you, that trip through the gorge and up through Deadman's pass was exactly what I was looking for, and with the same trailer I'm looking to pull.
  14. Ford stopped delivery of Gear Shift Module (GSM)

Parts delays seems to be a common issue right now, I've got my truck at the dealership for a problem with the charge door, they've had it for 3 days now and are telling me they're HOPING to have the part by Tues. :( Also just got my rotary shifter and planning on doing the swap, I don't like...
  15. I regularly tow a 10k dump trailer with 4000-10000lbs loads - best tow vehicle I've ever owned.

I thought that bridge looked familiar, what kind of range hit are you seeing while towing with the temps in PDX? I need to tow a CR-V to Idaho and am wondering how much warmer I should let it get before I go so I'm not dealing with both the temperature and towing range hit.
  16. Stick to Rotary Shift Knob Conversion w/ 3D Printed Rotary Shifter Holder

My printer is large enough to print this, so I haven't looked at other options, but you could also check out pcbway.com or jlcpcb.com , they offer 3D printing services and you could get them to 3D print this for you. edit: okay JLCPCB is over $150 (before shipping), so that's kind of a pricey...
  17. Stick to Rotary Shift Knob Conversion w/ 3D Printed Rotary Shifter Holder

I was getting ready to pull apart my console so I could CAD something up, thanks for putting the STEP files up on Thingiverse!
  18. Issue programming a new key

Huh, never had to press and hold the start button on the last set. What has worked for me, I found somebody mention instead of counting the time between turn on and turn off, you just listen to the dings, when the dings stop you turn it off, then move on to the next step. Once I did that it's...
  19. Issue programming a new key

Pretty sure 434 was the correct one, but the easiest way to know for sure, what's the FCC ID on your factory fob?
