Almost every car ever produced has a near impossible to reach blend system that requires dismantling the entire dash and if it's an internal defect you have to replace the entire mixing assembly costing hundreds if not thousands of dollars.
Here's to hoping the lightning isn't like that.
North America is abysmal when it comes to mass transit. It's getting better but we're decades behind.
We are also very car centric. Myself, I have almost nothing to use except a city bus that is essentially useless for my daily life.
It's rare for a 12v to just fail without warning.
I assure you there were signs before failure. My battery is getting weak but I'm going to milk it until the spring. Once I decide to buy a new one I'll load test the old one for fun.
It's not the load, more the plug cycles.
That's why commercial grade outlets are better and now they are being relabeled by the manufacturers for ev use. They haven't come up with an actual standard yet. A standard would be nice to clear up any confusion over what receptacle to use...
What brand of evse are you using?
Curious because it should keep the 12v charged unless you have the evse programed to only be active for certain times.
My 12v is going but only when I'm parked off the charger for hours in the cold.
USB c to USB c has only become popular in the last couple years, I don't even own one. Usb A is just too common to ignore. I agree, usb c is the way! My android phone from 2019 has it.
My Lariat has super fast charging, I just have to plug in my block to the dash mounted 110v receptacle.
Similar but you get a reduced available power to 54%ish. Front contactor glitch.
This is different, the available power is normal for the soc.
I think the op has a display issue.
Best way to find out is to try some donuts.
It's going to vary heavily by region. I actually saw a decrease in dcfc prices this year at some stations.
In my case, I'm spending about a 1/4 of what I used to for the gasser overall. My last road trip cost about half of what gas is. Roughly $2.95 USD per American gallon gas price here...
The camera is making sure your eyes are looking at the road ahead. Staring at the camera will not stop the warnings.
I get the warnings all the time while looking at the screen or the instruments for too long.
Also, if you're leaning towards the left window the camera will lose sight line...
The load rating is 119 for single wheel. More than enough for the truck
Costco sells tires cheap and their service speaks to it. I've heard lots of wonderful stories about how stupid they can be.
