I could not remember if it would work(show chargers) without putting in a route. Thatās why my answer was kind of vague. It seems like you should be able to do it without putting in a route, but it is what it isā¦
PlugShare and I think ABRP you can kind of look around maybe some others I canāt...
I assume you mean in the Ford Sync system?
It has been a while since I have used it, but as @Heliian said you can search and filter in the Ford NAV system. if you put in a destination, it will show you your range with a blue circle and chargers along the way⦠as I said, it has been a while since...
The first part of my post talks about dual chargers.
The second part of my post is talking about dual charge ports!
There is a very big difference!!! and yes, I generally charge at 80 A, but sometimes I de-rate it to match my solar production so I understand the difference very well!
The 22s and 23ās have dual chargers which is how we are able to charge at 80 amp instead of 48 amp but yes, it is an option for fleet!
Dual charge ports would be nice, but probably overkill now that Tesla is putting out V4ās with longer cords most of the others have long cords to begin with!
Interestingly, the last couple weeks, Iāve had quite a few:
ā is that electricā When Iām getting in or out of my truck.-yesterday I answered yes and a guy said ācoolā???
ā how far will it go?ā is usually the next questionā¦
EVSE = FCSP
Electric vehicle supply equipment= Ford charge station Pro
Your excess solar should be going back to the grid do you have a smart meter that you could pull up on the Internet?
The only thing similar I have noticed is if I leave the truck with my phone (I think)inside and lock the door (using the keypad because that is the only way to lock it when it is still on ) it will honk a couple times even though I carry the fob in my pocket. I hope that makes sense and I...
I too have solar, but we technically do not have net metering but I do sell my excess energy back to the grid. I have the Ford charge station Pro and Tesla power wall three they are hooked up to separate breaker panels as I did not have 100 amp spare capacity in my existing breaker panel but I...
You might also be able to call that dealer that replaced the ā batteryā or module and see if they would tell you anything?
That certainly is a lot of miles in a short amount of time, around 5000 miles per month!
Well⦠at the risk of being hacked???
I guess Iām just a nerd. My first computer was long before modemsā¦. and had the original floppy drive not the 3.5 inch non-floppy floppy drive, but I digress.
Later when we had modems⦠My friend and I were some of the first to get a video game called...
Same here⦠I use it all the time but today I was loading up a bunch of boxes in the back of the cab as it has been super windy and I didnāt want anything to blow away or get out my straps. I had two boxes left and I was about to put them in the passenger seat and then I rememberedā¦..oh yeah I...
I just took mine in yesterday for the ball joint recall or whatever! Luckily they checked it and everything was good. Just hope I donāt get this one!!!
I can see a couple of options!
You could have an extra tire (or something else )under the vehicle that can move up and down on a lever attached to a generator to generate electricity while traveling down the road.
Back in the day before they had gigantic gas tanks pick up trucks a lot of times...
I think Ford got it right⦠for their first try at a F150 EV! I love my truck I have road tripped from Maryland to Georgia and then home to Texas on day one!-No problems charging 11 months ago and things have gotten better since. It is definitely one of my favorite vehicles that I have owned. ā66...
