Here's a hi-res image of the truck skateboard. Clearly has independent, control-arm rear setup which makes it the first (non Raptor) F-150 to have IRS, right? Those covers or canisters on the rear appear to hide traditional coil-over shock setup. Expected it to have some kind of active-control...
so to run an "open bed" like with a motorcycle or bike in there the cover folds to completely block the rear window? or am I missing something? Is there an easy way to remove it temporarily?
I have a good friend, runs his own mobile detailing setup here in San Diego. Can get a 1-step paint correction and ceramic treatment on all paint, glass and wheels for under $1,000. He does fabulous work because he's a perfectionist.
This would be my first F-150 truck. Are the wheels (by trim) the same between a 4x2 and 4x4?
I will be getting a 4x4 but haven't settled on a trim-level yet.
