I would also recommend just waiting it out, if you're still eligible for the federal tax credit next year. The 2023s will have to be moved when 24s arrive, their may be discounts on them, especially out of state.
For now: continue to look out of state, too. You may find a truck mid-west or east...
Wow, this crazy. I had been waiting for a "In transit" since October and it just made it to the dealership this week.
Fortunately, I had found another one 2 weeks ago and did the paperwork over Docusign for it over thanksgiving. If I was still waiting for the in-transit one, it would have...
@TaxmanHog we can mark this as green if you want! Paperwork is done, it will now be shipped out to me. Really excited, coming from a Mach-E I really loved
Ford and Jim Farley did great. Not going to lie, the Cybertruck looked better to me today than it has in the past but I am glad I am finalizing my purchase of a ER Lariat this week.
Excited to see how Ford and Tesla compete going forward
Hey, sorry I also missed this, I found a different truck from Missouri since this one was taking longer than I thought it would (original ETA was 10/30).
I am still finishing paperwork for it but I found a Star White ER Lariat for less than this one, will update once I know it has shipped!
@Whicks see if you can work with Autonation Katy https://www.autonation.com/cars/1ftvw1el2pwg39078/ford-f-150-lightning-2023
(Disclaimer: I am still waiting on a truck from them to be produced, so I don't have experience past their words)
It should be ~1000 to have it shipped to CA. They said...
Deal 1 seems to be better. You're getting a spray-in bedliner (500+ dollars), mobile charger (also $500), and you don't have the headache of traveling/lodging.
Also taking into consideration higher Doc fees for second dealer. Not worth it.
I have a deposit on a dealer stock that I have been tracking. It has the codes since last week but the tracker is in "In Production" with a 10/02 date. Is that normal too?
