I got this retractable one from Amazon, it had good reviews, was relatively inexpensive, and has been great as I haul work equipment and need lock it waterproof, but also hauling camping /kayaking equipment with it open.

Interestingly, today I got into the truck, and the phone was named back to what it was originally! No update was processed, so it most likely was something on the phone end of it... But who knows, maybe internet voodoo!
