I was on a road trip this weekend and tried using two different v4 Superchargers and both gave me a charger activation fault. I'm using and A2Z Pro adapter and all v3 stations worked great. It almost got me in a serious jam though.
I'm surprised no one seems happy about the new app. The utility of being able to use it while driving is significant. Ford was basically forcing you to use your cell phone prior.
The database is rather good too, and then routing via navigation works great also.

I've been charging a lot on Superchargers lately and after the boost period of around 160 to 170 kW, the charging speed drops to around 94 kW, and hold until close to 80 percent. I thought the steady charge speed used to hold around 120 kW on EA. Does anyone have any info on this?
Any idea when this will happen? It is a legit safety issue having to fiddle with apps to find chargers on a trip. The truck Charge Assist has them but won't operate while moving.
Seems like Kyle from Out of Spec addressed this and then went quiet. Do the Supercharger limit Ford to 450 amps. Why is peak kW on 161 or so and almost 180 on EA. EA must give the full 500 amps.
I am thinking of upgrading my tires to an all-terrain 275/70r18 which is a small diameter increase. Does the speedo, range etc automatically recalibrate? I am finding conflicting information. It is only .2" larger so no big deal either way.
