This is likely the OBCC (DC Charging) update that popped up in FDRS yesterday which many are speculating is related to the upcoming Supercharger access.

Interesting that a MY2023 is reporting it so quickly!

Well, this is a first. There is no module listed in PTS tied to the update.

I am in the Early Access program, but have no idea if that really expedites anything.

It's very strange. The OTA proceeded along like any other according to PTS, but there is no indication of what module it updated or what files went into what locations. I've never seen that before. Maybe PTS just isn't pulling the data correctly?

Likely for FordPass plug-to-charge, not for the actual ability to charge.

I hadn't noticed that. First time I ever see a "yes" there.

The oddities continue. The update does not show it downloaded any files. After the manifest gets verified, the next step in an OTA trigger is the files needed for the update are downloaded. This went straight to the "update files are ready to activate" step.

Impossible as far as I know. The OTA trigger was put in queue for your truck today at 12:39pm EST and less than 25 minutes later, it "installed". This really has me in a tail-spin. I've never seen anything like it in well over 2 years that I have been checking OTA's on various vehicle across Ford's line up.
