It took 2.5 weeks at the dealer, but yes, it is resolved now.
They replaced a Control Unit, MU5Z 14B291U
Also, they had to correct and reload the configuration. Here's a scan...

Nope. In and out of the shop… in fact, it’s there now and will be until at least the end of the week. They seem to be throwing parts at it.
Thanks for all the suggestions guys. Definitely unlocked. At your suggestion @GDN I checked the wiring harness and everything seems tight. Guess I'm gonna have the dealer look at it.
So, my tailgate will not open, nor will it allow me to change it from Manual to Power in the Menu. When I try to open it just beeps three times and then nothing. I've tried everything I can think of, including pulling up the tailgate step and replacing (in case it is a sensor inside thinking...

Me and you both. Mine's been sitting at the local rail yard for 11 days now. Dealer says they're doing everything they can to get it out of there, whatever that means.
