I had been following them for quite awhile (got the truck June of 22 and immediately started thinking about remote monitoring). Finally got an email in October (ā23) that it was released. Nice backstory, thanks for sharing.
I haven't seen any posts on this yet, so thought I'd share my experience.

I would imagine there are a lot more no answers, but also sad to see how many of us have had issues. I knew buying first gen came with risks. Iām still happy with my truck for the most part.
I had the mileage drop after both of my repairs. After a month I reset driving history and my GoM seems to go back to normal. Iāve had an electrical drain warning a couple times, but I have not done the 12v battery fix yet.
I hope they track down your gremlins.
Well I finally got my order placed but it activated Blue Oval network too. So I guess I can cancel that. Iāve been using P&C with EVGo and it been flawless ever since I canceled Blue Oval.

The ICE loaner will remind you how great the Lightning is even though itās in service (I may have some experience here š¤£). I hope for a speedy resolution to you issues.
I was just cleaning the truck seats tonight, noticing the wrinkle and this email came in š. Iāve been told same thing, not a warranty issue. Iāll complain again.

So this might seem strange but I have an EcoFlow River 2 plugged into ProPower and the fridge plugged into EcoFlow. So when I turn truck off it runs on EcoFlow. Still kind of shocked thereās no 12v outlet in frunk. Iām still figuring out my best solution. It works for now.
They donāt rebuild the modules.

SDG&E just EOL support for the Vue Utility Connect (Zigbee) and said "well it will work until it doesn't". The stats have been awesome. Their excuse is not enough customers using it. Might have to switch over to the Vue 2.
I had to read this a couple of times š. You produced 15kWh, I was like what kind of panels do you have producing 15kW and got massive panel envy. All of your info is awesome BTW. I'll try to get my system posted soon, but way more basic that what you're doing..
It is Bluetooth to vehicle, but I don't know if there's some backend authentication that needs to happen. I was having PAAK issues and reset phone then couldn't get PAAK working again until Ford came back up. Not sure what started the issue originally.

I didnāt even put this together. PAAK was acting up and I keep key in Mission Darkness bag in safe and the backup code written down in there too in case I forget it. I like redundant options š. I need a new phone and figured this would be final straw. Guess Ford blew that for me.
