  1. 🙋‍♂️ What Did You Do To Your Lightning Today?

Ditch it. It looks cheesy AF. Now, since she's white a nice lightning blue pinstripe down the side that incorporates a bolt of lightning would look primo if done right.
  2. Heard him coming long before I saw him, but I got the shot. Wish I had a better camera though!

Also nice to see that rare animal that is an Atlas Blue Lightning. Almost as pretty as mine.
  3. Heard him coming long before I saw him, but I got the shot. Wish I had a better camera though!

It has been 1 hour and 47 minutes since this question was asked. ANSWER THE DAMNED QUESTION!!!!!!
  4. 🙋‍♂️ What Did You Do To Your Lightning Today?

Hey Doug. Just a word of advice having found out the hard way.......the chipmunks and squirrels and assorted varmints LOVE those electrical cords. Not sure if I'd let it just rest on the ground like that. Had a chipmunk stuck in my garage a month after I bought the truck and the little...
  5. 🙋‍♂️ What Did You Do To Your Lightning Today?

One reason why I love an F-150. That big hunk of steel across the back. Saves a bit of work. The F-150 is one of the safest vehicles out there, and does the best out of all the full-sized pick ups. I also have a dash cam hard wired into the front mirror with a rear-facing head as well. Too...
  6. Nokian Outpost nAT tires on Roush Wheels installed. No real hit on range so far

I don't think so. I have a longer driveway and it starts an angle as soon as I pull out of the garage. Makes for interesting snow clearing. Though the tires are bigger so the geometry of the truck has likely changed a bit too.
  7. Nokian Outpost nAT tires on Roush Wheels installed. No real hit on range so far

Thank you. I agree. I was getting nervous about whether I would like the package, but I think they look pretty good. Standard tire size, P27560R20....I will say that I had to take off the front mudflaps due to rubbing, and when I put them side by side next to the Hakkas on the OEM rims, they...
  8. Nokian Outpost nAT tires on Roush Wheels installed. No real hit on range so far

Well, I finally got them on (Nokian Outpost nAT tires size 275/60R20). Bought the tires in December and mounted them to the wheels, just had to wait for the winter to pass to put them on (I run Nokian Hakkas for snow tires). So far, no real hit on range after several little trips and a few to...
  9. Adding grill mesh ahead of active shutters in bumper?

I hope you like it. It's overpriced but I appreciate it more and more. Just adds a nice subtle look. Might I suggest these as well: https://twraps.com/products/grille-strips-for-ford-f-150-lightning?variant=43997721297203 It makes the grille a bit less of a solid gray wall.
  10. Adding grill mesh ahead of active shutters in bumper?

I have to say that I still look at the truck and this is one of the best and most subtle mods I've done. That huge hole in the bumper just looks so much better with this mesh on it.
  11. Almost time for new tires, what are you planning on getting after the stock tires wear out?

Just got my Nokian Outpost nATs mounted on the the new Roush wheels. Now I just have to wait 4 months to put them on when the Hakkas come off after the winter. Hopefully I won't take too much of a hit on mileage.......but the Outposts are quite a blocky aggressive tread. Supposed to be...
  12. Dealer crashed my Lightning

If only you could have responded back and said "yes, yes I am."
  13. Dealer crashed my Lightning

**cough, cough** dash cam. Great investment for $300 or less. Hurts me especially, because like you I have that rare beast, the only-for-one-year Atlas blue.
  14. New Wrap, Murdered Out in Matte Black!

that’s about what my local quoted. I might have considered it but I already wrapped the front and had truck ceramic’d
  15. New Wrap, Murdered Out in Matte Black!

and without the added cost. LOL
  16. Tips to protect front “grill”

Right Down to the zip ties. I was less than pleased when it arrived. There was nothing on th web site that said plastic.
  17. Tips to protect front “grill”

yeah. That’s because you’re smarter than me.
  18. Tips to protect front “grill”

Good. It just makes a little detail difference. But you're right. everything costs more. Could get a metal piece at Home Depot to do the same thing but I'm not going to spend all day cutting up a piece of metal and my hands. LOL It looks just like it does in the site photos.
  19. Tips to protect front “grill”

I bought one a few months back. I love it. Mostly for aesthetics though. That big huge hole there annoys me. Also helps of a rock gets thrown into it so it doesn't break the vents behind it. While I like it, it is about $40 overpriced for what it's made out of...
