When you are trying to add your phone to your profile, when it says “press the lock button“ in FordPass in the steps, that meant ”press and hold the lock button” for me to get it to pair successfully.

Didn’t seem to update SYNC. Still showing same version for that.

Must have done something because now PAAK is showing as option in Ford Pass for me where it wasn't before. Can't wait to get out to the truck to see :)

Anybody tried troubleshooting with Ford Customer Service chat? Wondering if they have the ability to remotely view status and re-push updates and such.
