I think I have the same sound you have. But I have only noticed it when going through the dip at the end of my driveway. I have been assuming there is a little bit of play in the removable tailgate, and the noise is coming from a shift in the tailgate as I go through the dip or turn out into...
It is definitely not a phone problem. Tried the force-stop and restart suggestions, above. Also tried it on my wife's phone. Problem persists on both phones.
So I went to the truck and did a reset on the Ford Pass feature on the truck side. The end result of that experiment is that our...
For around a week now, if I try to lock, unlock, or start my truck with the app, I get the swirling light around the button, but nothing happens. The swirling graphic just goes for a long time. Anyone else experience that?
App is communicating with the truck, because it does show the correct...
I wonder if this could be an issue with heat radiating off of asphalt.
The scenario I am imagining is this: sunlight heated the asphalt, then you parked over the hot asphalt, the heat rose and got trapped somewhere that affected the thermometer. If you then left the truck parked, the shade...
I can confirm that the cover from Bronco handle M2DZ-7822405-CB is swappable with the cover from F-150 handle ML3Z-1522405-DCPTM.
So, now, I have a paint-to-match Bronco intelligent access handle burning a hole in my pocket. Anyone have instructions on how to add intelligent access to a Bronco?
I think the idea is to stop you from accidentally locking the keys in the frunk with the doors locked. If you have the doors unlocked, you can always release the frunk from inside the cab.
Do you mean you have the Mongoose cable that can be used with FDRS?
On a related note, does anyone know if there are any limitations in FDRS that prevent it from making some changes that you can otherwise perform through FORScan? (For example, can you add Glare Free or other features not...
Has anyone confirmed, yet, that PL3Z-14631-G works for the door harness? Seems like it should, but the various Ford parts websites are not great.
Once I get confirmation on that, I am going to try with the Bronco handle.
@ZSC100, amazing job! Really appreciate all the detailed instructions and tips.
I have high confidence that I will make a catastrophic mistake if I try to duplicate your routing work on the ABS parts. So, I was wondering if you have (or anyone has) any info on the following which might save...
@ZSC100 has done a fantastic job in working this out for us.
See his guide here:

@BennyTheBeaver, saw you did your speakers and SecuriCode install. Were you able to confirm if the connector photographed by @biers looked like it was for the intelligent access door handles?
So it looks like the interior bracket part might be ML3Z-1526684-K for the right. Left might be ML3Z-1526685-R. But I have not confirmed with a parts dealer.
Anyone figure out the part number for the RFA?
Much appreciated!
I feel you on the weather. That is the main reason I haven't gotten around to opening the door myself. On the other hand, the cold has really made me appreciate the seat warmers getting added to the 2023 Pro!
If anyone in this this thread is installing the wired keypad, it would be much appreciated if you could snap some pictures of the inside of the door (behind the vapor barrier). I've been wanting to install intelligent access handles, but I am still unsure if the Pro's wiring harness has the...
So I took my truck to the dealership to see what they could figure out. Today they returned it to me, confident that they had figured it out and everything was working. EXCEPT... not only did they not fix the problem, it is much worse now.
Currently: (1) I cannot connect through FordPass, at...
