You cannot charge at Tesla superchargers unless they have the special dock. You can use the Tesla ap to see which ones they have updated to that dock. Not many on the west coast. The adapter only works on Telsa Destination chargers mainly at hotels and the like.

I didn't ask for them to install. I think that slowed everything down. All of a sudden, they couldn't pre ship it like they could in June. Now 2 weeks after purchase they can't find some mystery paperwork. I have offered to email them the sales contract or my registration if they like but nothing.

Anyone else having trouble getting Sunrun to ship the charger to your house? They keep telling me the dealer needs to submit paperwork with @Ford Motor Company, Ford says they have no idea what Sunrun is talking about. The dealership claims paperwork submitted to Ford Day after purchase.
