If you haven’t already, call the Ford Marketing unit at 1-800-334 4375 and let them know you’re feeling disappointed and see if they can check all the systems for more current info. Several of us have had good results with them.

It’s ONE HOUR AWAY! I called Ford Marketing and they said my truck got to Richmond CA on January 16th. This is only 50 miles away from my dealer in San Jose. The last leg is done by truck. The system has not updated with new ETA. Progress!
