Trust but verify. Why not charge a deposit and refund when returned and shipping paid. Where are you located? I have a SR Pro Lightning. Driving 300 miles from LA to Mammoth can be tough with EA chargers.
Here is some cold water on the subject. Look down the list for the Ford F-150 which should be similar to the lightning and they say this collar will not work. Love the idea of a simple meter collar.

If I extrapolate the 154 miles divided by .65 = 237 miles range at 100%. That could be off bit if it has been real cold or driving up a long hill recently or towing. I think this may be a standard range battery....Check it out and reset and charge to 100% to verify.
If you’re checking, eBay search Ford F150, super crew running boards, the lightning and the regular F150 will use the same ones as far as I know. At least that’s the ones I bought and they’re fine...

My PRO is from September 2022 and it came with Michelin Primacy AT tires. Love them and not as aggressive as the KO2s. Great ride compared to my Scorpions on my R1S.
Here is what my Lightning has done up the hill about 37 miles 4000 ft elevation gain with 28 degree temp and ave 67 Mph When I said 1.3 kWh/mile, that is when I took the turnoff to town. I gained a bit in the last 4 miles
Down the same hill in about 40 degree weather :
not too bad if you...
In reality from some reports it’s only 56 miles different at 70mph. I was more than happy to save the $34,000 difference because of the additional packages I would need to pay for. Just love the PRO. Not missing much. Great included features in the PRO.
Have no real complaints. I knew it would be an electron hog. Yesterday coming up the hill to Mammoth Lakes, which is the ski resort here in California had probably the worst combination of weather, elevation, and speed. I drove 40 miles from Bishop to mammoth lakes and it’s an elevation gain...
