The Blue 80 definitely looks like basically the same thing as the FCSP minus the bluetooth.. Wifi and wired network connection only.. My guess, Bluetooth was tacked on thus the poor implementation and poor performance.. I am no expert but if I could find the right points to connect an external...
Good to know, my HIS has been inoperable due to Bluetooth issues for so long that I had pretty much given up... Now that I have 10.3.0 ill give ti a try and maybe (fingers crossed) I will actually be able to use the system.. given we are in hurricane season down here in SoFla it would be nice to...
Well update on my 10.3.0 low LVB Soc issue. I did everything under the sun yesterday to try and get my LVB up over 86%. Used charger, drove around on a day trips for hours, let it sit running in the driveway for hours, charged the HVB back up to 80 % AND had a charger on the LVB at 10A till I...
Ok.. I have used both in the past... Also used plug share... Now... I just get in and drive... when I start getting down to 25% or need a pit stop I just look up the next station and stop... Just like I used to in my ICE vehicles... No planning anymore.. just get in and drive... I am on the east...
Interesting... In all the years of dealinf with updates i've never had to be above 90% SOC on the LVB for updates to work.. 92% seems almost unobtainable unless you have a brand new battery and mine is just about four months old.. but given all the old tricks haven't worked i'll see if I can get...
Ugh... so I had the 10.3.0 update pip up on Saturday with the note with low battery (LVB) was low postponed, will try again at scheduled time... My LVB reported via Carscanner was 80%. Should have been fine. Went ahead and drove around to 82% tried again, no luck... Trickle charged to full, rest...
Okay here's a trick that I have discovered with recirculation to keep it on... go into the screen and pick max account (even if it cold outside) be sure recirculate is on, choose your driver focused or not... let the screen time out... now tap your temp up to the desired temperature . Seems to...
I'm actually okay with paying for certain OTAs and others not... Dog mode standard.. camping mode - if it's my thing sure I'll pay a "one time fee".
Ford needs to think a little differently. There dealers need alternative income options. Ford is really missing an opportunity to come up with...
If they messed with it for any time trying to do updates or actually succeeding in stalling updates they most likely drained down the LVB. A low LVB will cause all sorts of random messages, failure notifications etc... Drive around some or put a trickle charged on the LVB and probably everything...
I tested it out yesterday and it worked as expected.. Nicely touched the signal and speed up and passed a semi... kept a nice space between it and my truck, then touched the signal as I was just past the trucks cab and It Nicely pulled in front of the semi with nice space... tried with some cars...
Just got my bluecruise 1.4 update.. was probably about a week after getting th latest gateway module update so I was hoping for 1.4 to come through... need to get out on the highway tomorrow and check it out... :)
Living in SoFla near home base for FPL in can say that after you add all taxes, fuel adjustment charges, hurricane recovery fees I pay right around 15 cents per KWh.. That's the number I use to calculate my truck comparison costs to gas vehicles... comparing a F-150 Lightning to a Prius is...
Get your LVB checked... last CSP I had done drained the 12v.. one thing I noticed was that only the driver door would unlock with the door handle... a lot of the other symptoms match a LVB problem.
As a long time user of FPL's EVlotion sites since January of 23, I love that it has been added.. As for the Lake City location, great location but the equipment is getting old, FPL first gen installed in 22. The site is tired and needs a refresh which I tell my friends at FPL all the time...
Check your LVB when some CSPs that take longer to upgrade are run the 12v battery gets drained... yes the should be putting a charger on it when doing the CSP but if your battery can't hold it SOC then weired things start happening.. everything sort of goes into "limp" mode... I could see that...
Okay just went through this jessie-infotainment had the partial solution.. the 12v was drained after the draler installed a CSP. Even though I trickle charged the battery the bms was locked in a safety mode(my words). To reset pull the bms or i just removed the negative and let it sit for about...
Thanks for this info... I had my dealer apply CSP 24B56 and they must have drained the LVB down at least Car Scanner was reporting 25% SOC, trickle charged all night with no change, standard BMS reset didn't make any difference but reseting the BMS per your input set everything back to normal...
Watched the whole out of spec video and it all looked nice.. Lots of comments on how this will work so far from an interstate... Locations like this are becoming the wave of the future... We just had FPL (Florida Power and Light) just install 2 400Kw units .3 miles outside our development right...
