Awesome, congratulations! Did you track the details on parts/assembly instructions and overall cost? I might be too novice to do it myself on my base (non-optioned) Pro, but I certainly am comfortable buying all the parts and paying a shop to do the grunt work :)
Circling back, had a great experience with Morgan Hill Ford's mobile service van for recall CSP-23B70. Showed up on time and were fast & efficient. The guys said they'll cover all of South Bay if folks want to use their services.
Thanks! I found Morgan Hill Ford actually does remote service appointments, you can even make them online, so I've scheduled with them for one of my recall repairs.

Is it just me, or does pre-cool option not really work on the Lightning? I can remote start from the app just fine but the AC doesn't kick in to cool the cabin temp, in fact the AC doesn't really seem to work very well at all until the truck is put into Drive.
I'm coming up on 90 days without a check. Should be getting $9100. If still no word after 100 days I'll start raising 💩 with the dealer and/or Ford corporate channels. Trying to keep my hopes up...
