  1. Dealer charged me for warranty due to hardwired dashcam

Most of the dealers in Toronto are hating EV Now I think I need to find a new job in USA to have a better EV experience, hey, there is no lemon law in Canada! and there is no way to drive an EV cross Canada today (except Tesla, other third party DCFC either super low <50kwh or broken)

  9. Will Ford Ever Increase Lightning Charging Speeds?

I also wish the boost period can stay longer, especially in winter continuous of 450Amp charging until 70% would be a dream from low SoC
  10. Pricing Lowered for 2024 Lightning! (Effective April 5, 2024)

if you need heat pump, then MY24 is no brainer sure it may need to pay extra to get 9.6 or 7.2kw propower, but you cant get heat pump on older model. I think the decision process is fairly simple between MY23 and MY24 on-board scale and smart hitch, its nice, but not deal breaker Heat Pump...
  11. New Fully Electric Trailer purchased: Pro Light E lounge

I think i saw OP somewhere on the I-95 I am actually towing airstream with F150 lighting with Ontario license plate as well. I can get 240km from 90% to 10% at speed of 105km/h, even 260km if I slow down to 95km/h my efficiency is between 2.1-2.3km/kwh overall, wind speed greatly affects the...
  12. Undocumented Updates? Or sneaky ones ;)

Classic bugs from ford software updates. In fact, I didn't even notice there is software update until my mirror fold on lock is turned off by the software update

You may wanna buy the ford power backup solution… it’s expensive($4k equipment, maybe 4k labor to install), but it makes those things automated, and works
  17. Running the Battery to 0%

Kyle trusted too much on BMS, but power output never lie I have seen enough people stranded their Tesla on the road simply trusting 8mi left or 1% but suddenly dead before hitting 0% weak cell or sudden drop of voltage can kick in Low voltage protection instantly regardless soc or capacity...
  18. Running the Battery to 0%

what im trying to say, truck will stop moving even before 0 never rely on the reserve past 0, as the bad calibration/weak cell/cold weather can shut down truck earlier than you expect
