I'm reasonably qualified to answer, as we have a Jayco White Hawk 28 RBKS with similar weight and dimensions, and I'll say this; these trucks can pull it fine, but it's a *big* trailer to maneuver, park and especially charge with it attached. My dump trailer weighs more loaded, but I'm *way*...
I often do actually read the fine print, and this is honestly some wildly unfortunate methodology... the Combined City/Highway and 65 MPH Cruising columns are performed on a dyno, while the arguably most important column to most of us; the 75 MPH Cruising "used computer simulations to estimate...
Absolutely true; I couldn't manage my 23 acres, animals and projects without at least one truck (we have two Lightnings, one of which I'm using to pick up 80 bags of concrete today- yes, with a trailer) but this would make a fantastic *fourth* car (we have a 'beater' Bolt EV as well)... wife...
It's a smaller frunk, Sir, but it checks out...
Rented a C8 in LV last weekend and was pleasantly surprised by the frunk capacity. Should have bought more drinks, it was 111 in the desert!
Wife says I gotta wait for the full EV version no more ICE in our fleet :( still... Had a very Rapid Blue...
These are black plastic all the way through, and can be used with or without the (included) FORD letters... https://www.ebay.com/itm/386319697331? you *do* have to be handy enough (and brave enough) to cut a hole for the front cam though...

Hot as hell in town today, took a shot to show my wife...
Got home to find it a full twenty degrees cooler without even 'cooling off' from the heat in town, just a thirteen minute drive up 'the hill', 1400' elevation more or less!
Stay cool, my friends

lol, this is the start of every trip for me. I live on the top of a mountain, and all the roads into town are downhill. I sometimes worry that if I start off at 100% charge (rare, for long trips/hauling), I'll go to 105% on the way down with the regen.
Did you read that some journo just got...
100% cost cutting when Ford realized they didn't have the hotcakes they thought they had.
I don't think a retrofit would be even remotely cost-effective; IMO the cheapest way to accomplish this would be to sell and buy a 2022/2023.
We *do* charge our trucks at 80A on a 100A circuit (200A...
Here's to hoping someone mirrors it onto YouTube or something, I don't want to sign up for *yet another* list, and IMO this is a terrible move on Ford's part to gatekeep something they deem so important behind data collection... especially when people here are apparently having trouble even...
You got them to buy it back for the taillight issue? I let them replace it once, and since they didn't get it back together right the first time, I've just been living with a repeat of the moisture in there ever since... damn, I'd love to get back what I paid as an early adopter... 🤣
Cheers and...
Hey, neighbor. Yes, it's awesome getting to the coast and back on a single charge. Even better if you charge at home, have TOU billing, or solar. We calculated that with TOU, a trip to the coast is less than ten bucks, where with my Hemi or Cummins trucks, we'd have spent $70-100. Glad you like...
Was literally just today wishing the Raptor tailgate would fit our trucks (saw one on a 5 hr road trip hauling petrified wood and obsidian, no charging stops but went from 100% to 8%!)...
Cheers

Nice! I see from your sig we have similar lineups overall, although I lack the batteries due to 1:1 net metering and a 22kW Generac

PS- as someone with a LOT of time around supercars, the truth is they only attract teenage boys or golddiggers ?
Indeed. As a former Ferrari club member and car magazine staff, I love to point out that our ERs are about as quick 0-60 as the legendary Ferrari F40 and a *whole* lot cheaper...
Cheers and enjoy your new power wisely,
