I find this a bit surprising. Not sure where Ford sources their tires. I got an online quote from Ford here in Norcal and had America's Tire Price match. Ordered on Tuesday, had them installed yesterday. Since America's Tire owns Tire Rac,k they come out of Reno.
Thanks for finding this! I need to replace my Hanooks, and was shopping around. Americas Tire price matched this and I am having them installed on Friday.
Get GAP from your insurance company directly. I think mine was an additional $10-20 a year. Buying from the dealer financing department is a big ripoff and a profit center for them. Carrying it for 2-3 years until the depreciation levels out what's owed on the balance.
Simialr situtuation as yours but only a small dent in scratch in front door and scratches in running board. Was 6k repair, I think your estimate is way off.
These are just a poor design. No one should make a taillight where the plastic projects beyond the fenders. that's just asking for problems like this to happen.
Something My Tesla and Rivian have, when activating Blinker for lane change, besides blinking the mirror indicator, have a toggle option for audio alert as well. They do it for blindspot detection when backing up it would be nice to have that for lane changes as well
So.is the answer to keep it plugged in to keep Wi-Fi active.? Otherwise it looks like it disconnects after the truck.powers off. I have not done any investigation if the charger plugged.keeps it active
Ok, this is the second long road trip I have done since getting the truck in 2023. and it relates to behavior noticed during charging.
I only use Tesla Supercharging since getting the adapter this year.
On 2 changing stops this past week, with temps in the 50's I plug in and go to 80% this...
got a FedEx notice couple of days ago was cryptic who it was from but showed Dearborn MI as the shipping point so figured it was from Ford. I was in the #6200 range
