These disconnects are designed for AC units and not for 100% usage, invest in a knife-style lockable disconnect.

Dremel tool or hacksaw blade. You have to cut off the joining plastic on the Charge Station Pro between the round AC section and the DC Pin section, and on the Tesla adapter, it requires cutting off the bump-out that hits that area on the J1772 plug. Yes. I did as well. I also replied I would not pay for it at the prices posted after my 3-year trial. and complained about the random disconnects. I might consider for trips if the monthly price came down but it would have to drop dramatically lower than the $75.00

They are good on their word; mine shipped earlier this week via UPS; remember it has to go through customs, so there is a bit more of a delay. I should have mine in hand mid next week
