You’ve got to switch the units to inches. Any slicer you use should have that option.

This is what I had on hand and it turned out great. I didn’t use any clear coat because I was afraid it would be too shiny compared to the OEM plastic but in hindsight a layer of clear coat would have probably matched a bit closer.

Yep! See post #288 on this thread. The one I received from @asianman35 had a pretty good finish as-is, but I sanded it and put several coats of primer and paint on it. That hid the remaining layer lines. I should have said in my original post that I did have to cut the tip of the tab off on...

There is a good chance you don’t need to buy the connectors, though you may need to buy the specific pin so that you can run one of the new wires to your existing connectors. If you follow my original write-up using the supplies I linked then you should be good to go.

Do you have the 30 minute shutdown timer turned on? It defaults to on with each startup cycle. But even if you have the timer off then I think PPO will turn off if PPO isn't drawing enough power, as others have said.
