I have the CP HF too. Usually keep mine sround 16A in morning and ramp it up once or twice to match the collection curve of my solar panels. Then ramp down and off at end of day. I allow a little overhead for other appliances to minimize my grid TOU rates. If I need more charge for next morning...
Can anyone share the added height of the Diamond back to the bed rail cap?
Iāve also been looking at the Bak revolver x4ts. And which rack system may work best for me. Truck currently gets parked in the garage so low clearance. In addition, I have a small departure angle driving out so I loose...
I can imagine a situation- rare as it may seem- where someone does this but has some. Issue at some point later and is denied a warranty claiim/service or worse.
Getting to a dealer can be a pain but is ignoring a recall vs a CSB worth it?
Ok. That was missing from #1. So, maybe. Still FP is still just activating climate control. Brake + power button is what would be starting up the motors to drive, unless soft start is sending a signal to prime the motors⦠will defer to others who know more about this sequence.
Could be a glitch...
Safety is a great point. How would one trust & verify in both directions?
Bobās a forum member⦠heās got a good rating. Or, Bob is a rando Iāve never heard of.
I get the idea of being a good sam/entrepreneurship but it may be a solution in search of a problem as charging networks grow and fill...
great to know. Just recently missed the chocks in the garage backing in and cracked mine on something sticking out from the back wall.
most of the damage to the black plastic below the red, so black duct tape to the rescue.
Purchased my Lightning from Waldorf and also tried some service. Nothing significant but Iāve appreciated the customer service. Everyone very friendly and helpful so far. Iām in range of their ride service: a ride back and will drop off when the vehicle is ready, which is very helpful and...
Love my cub cadet electric lawn tractor. Headed into 3rd summer with it and donāt miss the gas, fumes or noise. Went w a tractor to be able to use as a tug for a yard trailer and log splitter. Enjoy your greenworks; the brand is on my list for a trimmer replacement, and other cordless yard tools...
First spring. 30x 3 cu ft bags. Would have been 3 trips to her nursery in the Mach E, then vacuuming it out.
Would have included a pic towing the log splitter for service but I forgot⦠that I was driving past the shop and didnāt hook it up. Doh. I guess another reason to do truck stuff another...
That was the complaint, more or less, in the MME forum. A better and more realistic explanation.
my take away from 3.5 years is itās complicated, they arenāt too certain themselves and are still leaning how to be a software delivery business on top of car manufacturer.
I have a 21 Job 1 MME. BC 1.3 was announced in sometime in fall of ā23(?). It started to drop, then stopped. Lots of communication missteps and/or uncertainty.
But it finally arrived over the weekend.
Not *soon but fortunately not *never either. Iād rather it be late and right than rushed and...
Never was much of a car enthusiast nor consider myself an early adopter.
I was planning on buying a PHEV in 2021 until I test drove a MME.
Iāve really enjoyed driving it. It was definitely an upgrade to a 12yo Accord. In form and function.
The bed shape and many more rack options is a big differentiator for truck stuff imo for contractors and non-contractors alike.
even an old el Camino could do some truck-lite stuff.
and I didn't want a plug-in by choice.
Youāll probably be waiting awhile. A general opinion may be that the lightning was designed to do truck stuff but with a battery. The CT is tech on wheels designed to look different and maybe do *some truck-like things.
apples and pears, maybe.
Sure, tech can be cool but I get in my car or truck and drive. Most of my charging is at home. i donāt require my car to remind me to plug in. Coming over from the MME forum, the complaints I heard the most was overall build quality. I like how both mine drive and so far no particular build...
