OP here: This totally sucks. Well below freezing this morning, and no heat. Truck charged perfectly and all my settings are correct. I've been through this mutiple times. App and Sync. I hope Ford puts out a software update to fix this asap. Damn cold this morning!

I still have days without heating for no reason. Seems to work about 90% of the time. Undoubtedly a software issue with app or Sync.

Working! I went through the setting again and just toggled them off and on again. I did not see any errors in the settings though. I only changed the allow the remote start button to "on". I ended up not plugged-in last night and lo and behold, my truck was pre-warmed. Really not sure what...

I'll check my preferred charge time settings. I never set them, but perhaps the truck came preprogrammed that way.

Got my reservation number on day one. Ordered my truck last week. Lariat ER. Just a tad over $80K. Fine print said delivery estimate 20 to 24 weeks. (20 weeks on the battery). Late July maybe?
