Upon bodyshop autopsy, they totaled the truck with over 40k in damage.

Got video, adjuster said video matched my statement 100%, said it could have been a live commentary. Deemed 100% other guys fault.

Just know that value will tank with the extent of damage. I got the dash cam, played out just as I stated, he clipped me.

I am sure is totaled, I dont want it back. That is why they are looking at it at the dealer

Update: 28k damage from walk around appraisal, off to body shop for further autopsy once get on lift and frunk open.

I had same issue, first dealer said live with it. Second had for 30 days. Replaced charging port and updates fixed it.
