I am sure is totaled, I dont want it back. That is why they are looking at it at the dealer

Gotcha, I understand completely and do not blame you.

I'm very happy you were able to recover your dashcam video so you can get the fault assigned to the other driver. Refuse to take even 1% of responsibility from the insurance company. The dashcam has saved us twice from the insurance companies trying to share blame in an accident that was 100% someone else's doing.

On the off chance that they say it is not totaled, are you familiar with how to go after Diminished Value? This will provide at lease some compensation to you for this. Funny how insurance companies never volunteer that information either.

Sorry for your loss, but happy that you won't be stuck with a repaired vehicle and have to fight for diminished value.
