I bought an inexpensive rotary shifter from AliExpress using part LX6P-7P155-EH paying about $54 USD all in. I pulled the driver side trim and attached it temporarily for testing (easy) and everything works without any DTC's and lights up correctly. It automatically shifts into park when the...
I purchased a rotary shifter that I would like to test but not install. Is there an easy way to remove some trim and get at the connector temporarily so that I can test the replacement shifter? Thanks in advance for any help! :giggle:
Okay I tried this out. 23 Lariat ER that just had two battery modules replaced a week ago and the EV Tech told me that he updated every module and everthing that could be updated was. Made the zero a two in Forscan. It appeared on my screen and I like the look! I think you could use it daily but...

Thanks for your very helpful reply. I called Ford Canada and asked for the BEV team after explaining the problem. After a brief hold I was told that there was nothing they could do for me and everything has to be done through my dealer.

Here is a post I found for adjusting the temperature of the heated steering wheel. I set mine to 38C and that is toasty enough for me.
