Try toggling bluetooth off and on in your phone and see if that reconnects you. Less steps vs doing it through the truck. It's been my bandaid solution to this so far.

If the phone connects to carplay during the initial startup of the truck, it will always reconnect when I walk away from and back to the truck if I have left the truck on.

It’s interesting how opposite our experiences are. Once my phone connects, my phone will reconnect as many times as I’ve ever left and come back to the track. It’s that initial connection during startup that’s inconsistent for me.

Mine does the same. I set it to 80% and notice it's at 81% when I'm turning out of my subdivision.

I should clarify that the PAAK works every time. It's the actual CarPlay that's finnicky.
