Which updates are currently available for VIN 1FT6W1EV1NWG04406? I had the sync software updated at dealer Thursday 1-4 and requested they update everything else is possible. Will the updates be available for OTA if any are queued?
How does the sync display the most recent recall update, just had mine done today still has the same screen. Also had the rear light bar replaced today.
There is a thread on this as I have had this happen last summer and vehicle was at dealer for like 3 1/2 weeks and modules were replaced. Running good now. Good luck! Have you contaced BEV team?
Sorry this happened so fast for you. When I bought mine last July it was 4 months then a malfunction occurred. Took to the dealer and they had it for 3 weeks to replace a module. Love truck! 18k miles and still rolling. Be patient and get it repaired and you will love it.
My Pro power onboard is automatically on when starting the truck with the other keyfob. I have to turn off before driving as I do not want it on if nothing is plugged in to them. Why does it automatically turn on? I have the manual shutoff at default but will change it to 300 miles and see it...

I contacted the BEV team to start a case and it was resolved with a cell being replaced. Since I picked up, I have not had the issue repeated. I was a little nervous to drive it from Fallbrook to Palo Alto a few weeks ago but no issues occurred!
I received the message on the app this morning. It was waiting to charge at super off peak hr charging at midnight and did not charge. I scanned using OBDII adapter and it has this code
I unplugged and plugged in again to receive charge and touched charge to 100% to start charge cycle outside...
The truck is fixed! I picked it up from the dealer 11/23 and drove it around for the week returned and no service related issues! A cell had to be replaced and so far has not given me any errors thank God! Thanks to the BEV team at Ford and @Gimme_my_MME and @Mike G
