I think you might be confusing walk away lock with welcome lighting. The walk away lock only happens once when you get out and walk away then the doors lock. The welcome lighting will activate whenever you are near the truck with the fob or your phone if you have PAAK. But I’d agree with others...

What’s even more retarded is that we have this big ass battery under the floor but ford can’t figure out how to have it supply power while there is an update happening or allow the truck if plugged in to take grid power to keep the 12v side up.

I’ve 2 emporia chargers. Check their direct site. They sell “refurbished” models there. Same warranty as new. And quite a bit cheaper. Both of mine are supposed refurbished but they looked new when I opened the boxes and have been working great. So easy to change settings on the app.

Nope. You can easily do it yourself. It’s just like changing a battery in a normal car. Once done you do need to reset the BMS.

You can fix this with forscan. That’s what I had to do. In fact if you search here for the forscan mods there is a line item for the 24 clock.

Not cluttering. But the bigger question is why did the fuse blow. They don’t just blow without there being an issue normally.
