  1. Incentives on a 2022?

The dealership I got mine from still has a 2022 Platinum that came the same day as mine. It has no deletes and Iā€™ve also wondered what they would sell it for. They donā€™t list any incentives on their website.
  2. Charging while also using Pro Power Onboard

Not sure, I need to look into it more, but I was surprised because my assumption was that the onboard charger and the ProPower would be isolated from each other. Maybe that's not the case.
  3. Charging while also using Pro Power Onboard

For my use-case that wouldn't make sense. The Lightning is parked in a barn/garage that has a fully separate electrical service and trying to back-feed all of to my house would be pretty expensive. Instead I just have an 30A generator inlet (via Interlock) and plug that into the truck when needed.
  4. Charging while also using Pro Power Onboard

Tonight I did an interesting test, I wanted to power the house off my truck for the night since we are expecting storms around 3am and I didnā€™t want to have to flip over then if the power went out. My garage is on a different meter and fed by a different pole, so I left it plugged in to charge...
  5. Broken rear tail light (my fault) - instructions on how to move BIS sensor to new tail light

Just search on eBay for ā€œford Lightning tail lights 2022ā€ and you should see plenty of listing. The biggest thing you have to worry about is making sure you get the appropriate one for your model. Lariat/Platinum have the indentation around the reverse light and the XLT does not.
  6. Dealerships Not Working on EV’s They Didn’t Sell?

I wonder how much of this is due to dealers that have opted out of being an "Model E" EV dealer. My dealership has opted out, and recently told me they will continue to support my vehicles, but they are not working on any ones they didn't sell.
  7. Broken rear tail light (my fault) - instructions on how to move BIS sensor to new tail light

I found a couple of pairs on eBay that still a bit cheaper than a single one: https://www.ebay.com/itm/256286783457?mkcid=16&mkevt=1&mkrid=711-127632-2357-0&ssspo=zmrUlW8DSNO&sssrc=4429486&ssuid=ve2nBcQWTRG&var=&widget_ver=artemis&media=COPY @vvgogh - Might be able to but that, and then sell...
  8. EV retractor just installed

Just installed the same unit in my garage. Certainly helps with keeping the cord off the ground!
  9. Broken rear tail light (my fault) - instructions on how to move BIS sensor to new tail light

I've never had it hyper flash after I replaced it that I know of.
  10. Broken rear tail light (my fault) - instructions on how to move BIS sensor to new tail light

Possibly, but wish I had known you needed a sensor, I have one out of the light I used that I could have sent you!
  11. Broken rear tail light (my fault) - instructions on how to move BIS sensor to new tail light

First Iā€™d do a 12v battery reset just to be safe. Then I would probably pull it back apart and see if there is something stuck to the face of it. Also try plugging it in with it sitting outside of the light and see if the errors go away. Could be something wrong with the new taillight lens...
  12. Power Deployable Running Boards

Wow, I assumed (wrongly) that they would just be plug and play. Oh well, I'm not dissatisfied with my current steps, so I'll just stick when them. Thanks everyone!
  13. Power Deployable Running Boards

Can you take a picture lengthwise that would show how far away from the body they deploy. Iā€™m debating about retrofitting them to my 2022, but not sure if itā€™s really worth it or not. The sidesteps I have now are done, but I have big feet and it would be nice if the these put the step a bit...
  14. Power Deployable Running Boards

I was just playing with the build and price tool and noticed the Power Deployable Running Boards were back as an option. Has anyone seen these actually installed on a production truck? If so, has anyone figured out the various part numbers needed for them to retrofit on 2022/2023 models that...
  15. TheVerge: ‘I’m out’: Ford’s F-150 Lightning price hikes are costing it customers

Would some of you been more happy to have just had a "name on a waiting list" with no $100 deposit, and then if Ford had to change the price they wouldn't be claiming "bait and switch"? I mean, I knew it was simply a deposit and subject to change before I would actually get the truck, but there...
  16. Lightning is keeping our lights on after storm!

So power is out again after a storm came through. Luna was fully charged to 100% today so Iā€™ve got lots of power to get me through a few days, but hopefully the power gets fixed quickly!
  17. Cluster UI glitch

This has happened a couple of times, but this is the first time Iā€™ve gotten a picture of it. The speed stays on the right side in Calm mode. I also had loud beep/dongs when starting up.
  18. BlueCruise Subscription Price Increased to $800/yr for All Renewals

My Ford app still shows Bluecruise will expire in 2025, but I just noticed my About screen in the truck shows hands free driving through 2073. šŸ˜€
  19. What other EV do you own?

We picked up a 2022 Ford Mach-E Premium about 2 weeks after purchasing the Lightning. My wife wanted to downsize (she had an Expedition) and after seeing the Lightning she was sold on having an EV. We also still have a 2007 Honda Odyssey we keep as a spare vehicle (that I've had since new) that...
  20. Dealer installed factory deleted options

Agreed, if I didnā€™t have the seats I would have just gotten a Lariat.
